Hello! My name is Ashley Hale and I am a Kansas licensed Realtor with Clinch Realty, located in Pleasanton, KS. I have been a licensed agent since 2016. I was born in Kansas City and was raised between Olathe and Linn Valley, KS. I just recently purchased a lake front property, and I am very proud to now call Linn Valley Lakes my forever home. 

 

I have a passion for helping sellers meet their net dollar goals and buyers get their dream home for the best value, and I strive to do this with as little stress as possible! I have won several Top Agent Awards for production within my previous brokerage, including Highest Volume and Highest GCI. I work very hard to stay educated and in touch with the current local market. It brings me such joy to provide my clients with the most up to date marketing and technology, along with providing the highest quality "white glove" service possible.

 

Throughout my real estate career, I have also worked as Director of Leasing and Marketing and as the Business Development Manager for a property management company with over 850 doors, mostly class A and B single family homes. I have a very sharp understanding of the rental market. With recent years of extensive knowledge and a family background in rentals, I am an expert in investment properties.
